Rachael Harder MP Supports Motion 47 To Study The Health Effects Of Viewing Violent and Degrading Sexually Explicit Material

I support M-47, which requires the Health Committee to conduct a study on violent and degrading pornography and the impact it is having on women, men and children. This motion passed with unanimous agreement between all parties in the House of Commons.

All of the Members of Parliament who spoke to this motion shared a common concern over the impact of this material on the development of our children and youth. It was a great moment of cross-party collaboration in the interest of championing women and girls - and ensuring the healthy development for our children.
